How do I work? Well, no two projects are the same; however the thing common to all my assignments is that the scope of the service is tailored to your requirements. The process starts with an initial consultation, which allows me to find out a bit more about you and your business and explore ways we can work together to achieve your strategic goals.

We start with an initial briefing meeting to establish a clear understanding of your organisation, your operating environment and the key issues and objectives. This provides clarity on what needs to be achieved and the exact scope of the work required.
A proposal is written to ensure all key issues and objectives have been captured accurately and that the scope of the work is correct. It describes priority actions, making best use of the time and resources available.
Once the proposal is reviewed and agreed, I devise a comprehensive action plan. This outlines the project implementation including a schedule of tasks, responsibilities, budgets and timescales. This plan is reviewed and agreed with you the client before any works begins.
I oversee the execution of the plan keeping you informed every step of the way.
You, the client, are kept updated throughout the project and we regularly review progress to ensure that we are achieving what we set out to do.
